Returns & Refunds Policy
We are passionate about our products, and we hope you will be as well! If you are not satisfied with your Bampooh order for any reason, we believe that returns and refunds should be easy and hassle-free.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a refund for you. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your order number (which you can find in your email confirmation) and describe the issue so that we may be able to resolve it in the future.
How Do I Return An Item?
Our team will provide you with a return shipping address label and even cover the cost of return postage. The only thing you need to do is print the return shipping address label and securely attach it to the box or packaging in which your order was delivered. Once you have completed the form, please send it by mail. Returns are not subject to restocking fees or penalties.
Please note that we can only accept products for return that are "largely unused". This means that if the product is damaged or severely used, we cannot accept the return and cannot issue a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time ( 2-4 business days.) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
